According to The Hollywood Reporter, Taylor Lautner is in talks to finalize a deal which will allow him to star and produce a new film with Gus Van Sant — the small-budget flick will be based on a non-fiction article from The New Yorker. I think Taylor’s a great guy, and I’m sure he’s got a brilliant work ethic, but in terms of acting, frankly speaking, he’s not the best. Yay to him producing a project with Gus, but starring in the movie, hmm no comment.
